ATOMIC CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients:
24 large drumsticks or wings
½ bottle COLGIN’S NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
2 tablespoons garlic juice
½ cup apple cider vinegar
Cold water
10 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon curry powder

Instructions:
  Mix Liquid Smoke, garlic juice and apple cider vinegar. Pour over chicken, and add enough cold water to cover.
  Marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Combine all dry ingredients in a Ziploc bag and shake until mixed. Pour spice mixture into a shaker with large holes.
  Place chicken on grill (medium heat), and sprinkle spice mixture liberally on all sides. Add dry spices as often as you want to coat the chicken. Have a spray bottle of water handy to keep chicken moist. Cook until done.
