MARINATED SIRLOIN

serves 4

½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon browning sauce
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
½ tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard
1 and ½ pounds sirloin steak

Instructions:
Preheat grill on medium-high. In small bowl, mix all ingredients except meat. This makes a marinade. Place steak in pan and pour ½ of marinade on steak. Using a fork, poke several holes all over the surface of the meat. Repeat on other side of meat. Turn meat to coat. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes. Grill for 12 minutes, turning after 6 minutes for medium-rare, or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 145F if using a meat thermometer. Cook times will vary depending on the thickness of the meat.
