SHRIMP AND SMOKED TURKEY TORTILLAS

Ingredients:
1 and ½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup apricot preserves
¾ tablespoons mild curry powder

SANDWICHES:
1 package of flour tortillas
Liquid Smoked turkey strips
1 and ½ lbs. shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
Chopped plum tomatos
Diced cucumbers
Chopped lettuce

Instructions:
Whisk together mayonnaise, preserves, and curry powder. Spread a small amount of sauce on each tortilla. Fill tortilla with remaining ingredients. Serve with remaining sauce.
