SMOKE SALMON PATTIES

Number of Servings: serves 4

Ingredients:
1 can (14oz.) salmon, drained
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, except butter in large bowl. Shape salmon into patties. Melt butter in skillet and fry patties on medium heat until done.
