SHRIMP WITH ROSEMARY

Ingredients:
12 cooked shrimp, peeled
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 cup olive oil
¼ cup cilantro
1 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In medium bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon rind, liquid smoke, cilantro, rosemary and garlic. Blend well and add shrimp. Cover bowl and chill over night. Serve on lettuce leaves.
