CAESAR CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients:
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
4 tablespoons Cardini’s Caesar dressing
2 oz. Athenos Feta cheese
6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
4 oz. grilled chicken, cut in cubes
1 corn bread muffin
¼ teaspoon COLGIN APPLE MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Brush chicken with liquid smoke and grill until done. Place lettuce on plates, add dressing and mix well. Add tomatoes, chicken and feta cheese, toss to mix well. Top with corn bread and serve.
