BEEF AND BLACK BEAN STEW

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground round beef
1 and ½ cups black beans, drained
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon ground garlic
4 cup beef broth
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In skillet add beef and brown; add liquid smoke, mix well and drain off fat. In large saucepan combine broth and water. Add beef and the remaining ingredients, bring to boil. Cover and simmer on low heat 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
