CAJUN TOAST

Number of Servings: serves 8-10

Ingredients:
2 loaves French bread
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground garlic
2 drops COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:
Cut bread into slices. Combine the remaining ingredients together in blender. Process until smooth. Layer bread on ungreased baking sheet.  Using a pastry brush, lightly coat 1 side if bread with mixture. Preheat oven to 250F, dry in oven for about 45 minutes. Top bread with Cream cheese.
