Ingredients:
½ cup uncooked long-grain rice
1 1/3 cups water
1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
1 ½ cups shredded carrots
½ cup green onion
½ cup red pepper
½ cup parsley
½ cup chopped pecans
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

Instructions:
In sauce pan bring water to boil, add bouillon. Add rice; cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Add the balance of the ingredients,except pecans, stir well. Return to stove and cook on low-heat for 5 minutes, add pecans and serve. Wash all vegetables.
