Ingredients:
1lb. top sirloin
1 small pkg.pearl onions
2 small oranges
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon mint
1/4 tsp.COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Trim all fat from steak, cut into small cubes.Slice oranges into ½ inch thick slices, each slice into 8 wedges. Peel small onions. Combine next 5 ingredients in sauce pan, heat on low until marmalade melts, stirring occasionally and remove from heat. Alternate beef, orange and onions, on skewers, put on grill baste and turn frequenly. Cook 12 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Wash all fruit and vegetables.
