SALMON STEAKS WITH LEMON BUTTER

Ingredients:
4 salmon steaks
2 teaspoon cracked pepper
2 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
salt to taste
2 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions:
In small bowl, combine butter, smoke and lemon juice. Wash and dry salmon, baste with sauce. Rub pepper and parsley into both sides of fish. Grill on both sides until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Cooking time should be about 8 minutes. Can be garnished with lemon slices if desired.
