Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. fresh shrimp, peeled and devein
¼ cup beer
¼ cup spicy brown mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
Instructions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well and add shrimp, marinade for 2 hours. On small indoor grill do shrimp on each side 3-4 minutes, basting with sauce.
