STEAK STUFFED WITH MUSHROOMS

Add a tossed green salad and crusty bread to complete the meal. A good quality top round steak may be used.

Ingredients:
1 and ½lbs. top sirloin
3 cups fresh mushrooms
¼ cup dry white wine
2 teaspoon rosemary
2 tabelspoon parsley
1/2 tsp. COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
cooking spray

Instructions:
Coat skillet with cooking spray. Add mushrooms and saute until tender. Add rosemary, parsley, wine and smoke, mix well. Trim all fat from steak and wash. Stuff mushrooms into steak, roll meat and secure with cord or wooden picks. Place on baking rack in preheated oven on 300F, bake for 1 hour or until done. This can be grilled outdoors. Wash all vegetables.
