2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon ginger root, grated
2 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted

green onions and tomatoes (optional)
Wash and dry chicken. In small bowl combine all ingredients except chicken. Coat grill with cooking spray; place chicken on grill and cook about 4 minutes on each side basting frequently with sauce. Place chicken on 4 plates; garnish with chopped green onions and tomatoes. Wash all vegetables.
