INGREDIENTS:
[onehalf]lb. shredded beef round or sirloin
3 cups torn romain lettuce
2 thin slices of onion
[onehalf] cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoon Italian dressing low-fat
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash steak and pat dry, add smoke and grill until meat is done, slice and shred meat, combine all other ingredients in small bowl, add meat and salad dressing toss, divide in to 2 bowls. Wash all vegetables.
