Ingredients:
2 boned chicken breast
2 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon ground lemon rind
1 (6 inch) pita pocket wheat
8 fresh leaves basil
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Brush chicken with smoke, grill chicken breast, unti done, chop into small bites, combine the other ingredinets with chicken in small bowl, cut pita bread in half and stuff with mixture.
