Ingredients:
8 oz. bow type pasta
1 16 oz. package mix vegetables
¼ lb.lean ham diced
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
2/3 cups parmesan cheese
1 cup milk 2%
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ tablespoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon oregano
½ tablespoon basil
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In skillet add oil, cook onions until done, cut vegs.into bite size pieces and add to skillet, add ham, simmer on low heat. Cook pasta according to directions, drain.
Combine cheese, and 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, milk and remaining ingredients heat slowly, add to pasta and vegetables, toss to coat pasta and vegetables, sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
