Cooked beans keeps in refigerator for days. Nice with cornbread and salad.

Ingredients:
7 cups of water
1 (16oz.) package of pinto beans
1 cup chopped white onion
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 (15oz.) can chopped tomatoes with green chilies
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Bring the 7 cups of water to boil, add beans and remove from heat, let soak for 2 hours, return to heat and bring to boil, add onions, garlic, smoke, chili powder, salt and pepper, simmer for 2 hours, add more water if needed. Serve over white rice.
