Ingredients:
8 cups cooked fettuccini
1 and ½ tablspoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup ricotta cheese
½ cup milk
½ cup parsley
2 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup dry sherry
½ teaspoon cracked pepper
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions,drain add butter and toss. In sauce pan combine oil, ricotta and ¼ cup milk, blend well, add the remaining milk, parmesan cheese, smoke, parsley, sherry, garlic, salt and pepper simmer for 3 minutes, add pecans, and place fettuccini on plates top with sauce. If you wish
you could add 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast.
