Ingredients:
1 7½ oz. can red salmon drained
½ cup italian bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoon chopped onions
2 tablespoon chopped celery
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoon dry sherry
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1/2 tsp. COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In mixing bowl break salmon apart, add egg, and chopped veg. parsley and smoke shape into patties, put oil in pan, fry over medium heat until done. Serve with lemon slices or horseradish.
