Ingredients:
1 lb. Fresh ground turkey
1 cup chopped white onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup diced carrots
1 (15oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni

Instructions:
In skillet cook meat until done, drain off fat, add onion, pepper, smoke, carrots, celery and spices, cook until veg. are tender do not over cook turkey meat, add macaroni, sauce, water, salt and pepper cook until done. Wash all vegetables.
