INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoon sour cream
2 teaspoon cornstarch
½ cup 2% milk
½ cup chicken broth or beef broth
2 tablespoon honey mustard
½ teaspoon horseradish or to taste(optional)
1/2 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

INSTRUCTIONS:
In sauce pan combine broth and cornstarch, heat gently and stir continuously until cornstarch is dissolved, add milk slowly, add mustard, sourcream, horseradish and smoke bring to boil, simmer for 3 minutes or until sauce is thicken. Sauce can be poured over meat at baking time.
