Ingredients:
4 chicken breast skinless, boneless
¾ cup cornflakes crumbs
½ teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup low-fat milk
1 egg beaten
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste
cooking spray

Instructions:
Wash and dry chicken, combine milk,egg and smoke, in small bowl ,combine cornflakes and seasonings together on plate,dip chicken in egg/milk mixture and then into cornflakes crumbs. Spray pan with cooking spray, place chicken in baking pan and bake in 350F oven for 40 to 50 minutes uncovered.
