Ingredients:
¾ lb. chicken breast skinless,boneless
½ tablespoon olive oil
½ cup chopped onion
2 ½ cups mixed vegtables, carrots, broccoli, snow peas
1 small can water chestnuts
¾ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 tsp. COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Heat oil in wok, add chicken and onions to wok, stir until chicken is about done. In small sauce pan add broth, smoke, soy sauce and corn starch, heat until cornstarch is dissolved, add mixed veg, to chicken & onions stir, add broth,cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
