Ingredients:
1 cup chopped white meat chicken cooked
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 medium chopped tomatoes
½ cup onions chopped
¼ cup dry sherry
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup parsley
2 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon orenago
1 teaspoon cilantro
1/2 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In large skillet heat oil add onions ,celery and chicken stir until done, add sherry and smoke, add tomatoes and spices cook over low heat until done then add parsley. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, pour sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese. Wash all vegetables.
