HICKORY FRIED RICE / HAM

For a spicier taste,add a few drops of tabasco sauce. Serve with fresh fruit and hot soup.

Ingredients:
4 oz. lean chopped ham
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup chopped bell pepper
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup beef broth
1/2 tsp. COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
½ cup frozen green peas
3 cups cooked white rice
1 egg + 1 egg white
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ cup sherry

Instructions:
In wok heat oil, add onion, peppers and ham. Stir fry until done, add rice and peas. Cook until peas are done, add broth, smoke, soy sauce, sherry, salt and pepper. Beat together the eggs add to the rice, stir fry until eggs are done. Arrange on 4 dinner plates ,serve with your favorite hot soup. Wash all vegetables.
