STIR-FRY CHICKEN WITH RICE

Ingredients:
2 large chicken breast boneless,skinless
1 (8oz.) package snowpeas
½ cup sliced carrots
1 cup mushrooms sliced
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon oil
2 cups cooked rice

Sauce
¾ cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup soy-sauce
¼ cup sherry
1/2 tsp.COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Combine sauce ingredients together, stir to mix well. Wash and slice chicken, heat oil in wok, add chicken and stir continuously until chicken is done, add vegetables, stir and cook 2 minutes, put sauce in small pot bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes, add to chicken and vegetables simmer until all is blended, cook rice according to package directions. Serve chicken over rice. Wash all vegetables.
