Ingredients:
6 cups Granny Smith Apples, peeled & sliced
½ cup brown sugar
3 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
¾ cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE
3 tablespoon Water

Instructions:
Place fruit in baking dish, combine 2 tablespoons sugar, flour, water, smoke and vanilla, pour over fruit and stir well. Melt butter combine with oatmeal and balance of sugar, cinnamon and allspice stir to combine. Top fruit with oatmeal mixture and bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until done. Wash all fruit.
