INGREDIENTS:
5 lbs. flank steak
1 bottle COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
½ bottle seasoned salt
¼ cup garlic powder
black pepper to taste
1/3 cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice flank steak thin, place in large pan, pour smoke over meat, add the spices and mix well, add sugar, cover and marinate for 8 hours, put on oven rack flat and touching. Dry for 18 to 36 hours. Electric set at 100F to 125F. Gas oven use pilot and oven light only.
