Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cubed
1/2 cup onion
1 (14oz.) can fat-free chicken broth
1 (4oz.) can green chilies
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon red pepper
¼ cup cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 tsp.COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
3 tablespoon lime juice
1 (16oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1 (18oz.) can white beans
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese for garnish
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In saucepan heat oil add chicken and cook until done, remove chicken with spoon put onions in oil and cook , stir in broth, chilies, smoke, spices, tomatoes and lime juice, add chicken and beans cook on low heat for 20 minutes, spoon into warm bowls and garnish with cheese. Turkey is another meat that can be used for this chili.
