Ingredients:
2 cups half and half
1 cup sugar
2 cups bourbon
6 eggs separated
ground nutmeg
Instructions:
In large bowl, combine the egg yolks and ½ cup sugar, whisking till light and lemon color. Gradually add the bourbon, stiring constantly. In another bowl beat the egg whites with electric mixer till thick, add the ½ cup sugar and mix well, add the half and half to the bourbon mixture, fold in egg whites. Chill for about 2 hours pour into punch bowl. Sprinkle with nutmeg after you pour into cups.
