STEAK WITH CHEESE SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 lb. top round steak
¾ cup beer
1 (10 oz.) can of cheese soup
1 medium white onion sliced into rings
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon oregano
4 oz. of egg noodles
1 tablespoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Boil noodles and drain. remove all fat from steak, grill until meat is done, cut warm meat into small cubes, in saucepan combine soup, smoke,beer and spices. Put meat in baking dish and cover with soup mix add sliced onions on top, bake at 350F for about 1 hour or until meat is done arrange noodles on platter, put steak and soup over noodles, serve hot with a salad of your choice. Wash all vegetables.
