Ingredients:
2 (6 and ½oz.) water packed tuna
1 (14oz.) chick peas
½ teaspoon ground garlic
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
1 (2oz.) jar pimentos
1 hardboiled egg chopped
1 teaspoon creole mustard
¾ cup italian dressing
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Drain water from tuna add celery, chick peas ( drained) onion, pimentos,garlicand chopped egg. In another bowl combine smoke,dressing and mustard mix with tuna stir until mixed well. Line 4 salad plates with fresh spinach leaves top with tuna. Wash all vegetables.
