INGREDIENTS:
16 oz fresh raspberries
¼ cup dry red port or wine
2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
½ cup red currant jelly

INSTRUCTIONS:
In stain-less steel saucepan spoon jelly in pan add port and lemon juice, and smoke, stir over low-heat until jelly melts, press berries through a fine sieve, then add berries to saucepan mix cornstarch in ¼ cup water blend well, add to saucepan cook until sauce thickens. This makes 1 cup. Wash all fruit.
