Ingredients:
½ lb. ground sirlion
1 9" pie crust
¼ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 can beef broth
½ cup bbq sauce
½ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions:
Brown meat in frying pan until done, drain in colander wipe pan free of grease, add oil to pan and onions, celery, and peppers, brown, add flour cook for about 1 minute, add broth, bbq sauce, smoke and worchertershire sauce, mix well add the meat cook stirring about 10 minutes until thickened, pour in unbaked pie shell. If you have another pie shell you could put over the top of pie and brush with melted
butter, bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until done. Wash all vegetables.
