Ingredients:
1 lb.white mushrooms washed and sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp.COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
½ teaspoon Colgin Worchestershire sauce
½ teaspoon ground garlic
3 tablespoon white wine
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Wash and slice mushrooms,heat oil in saute pan add mushrooms, cook until just about done, add the balance of ingredients continue cooking until done. Serve with your favorite slice of beef or pork. Wash all vegetables.
