SWEET POTATO BREAD

Ingredients:
1 cup mashed sweet potato
2 eggs
1 1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped cranberries
1 cup self-rising flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In mixing bowl beat eggs add potato, sugar, oil, smoke and vanilla, blend. In other bowl put flour, cinnamon, baking soda and allspice, make a well in center and add potato mix, stir until moistened add cranberries. Spray baking pan with cooking spray, dust with flour and pour potato mixture in baking pan, bake at 325F for about 1 hour.
