BAKED CINNAMON APPLES

Ingredients:
4 large golden apples
¼ cup butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
½ cup dark brown sugar firmly packed
2 tablespoon water
2 pints low fat vanilla yogurt
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID APPLE SMOKE

Instructions:
Peel, core and thinly slice apples, melt margarine, combine with water sugar, spices lemon juice and smoke, mix well add apples, stir to coat apples with sugar mixture. Bake uncovered at 400F until apples are tender about 30 minutes. Serve warm topped with frozen yogurt. Wash all fruit.
