Ingredients:
2 cups dark sweet cheeries
3 tablespoon brandy
2 tablespoon self rising flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon allspice
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 ½ cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon powered sugar
vegetable cooking spray
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Spray dish with cooking spray, place cheeries in dish, pour brandy over cheeries. In mixing bowl add flour, sugar, nutmeg and allspice. Beat eggs and eggwhites add milk, smoke and vanilla slowly. Pour over cheeries, bake at 350F until custard is puffed and brown 35-40 minutes, sprinkle with powered sugar and serve. Wash all fruit.
