Ingredients:
1 and ½ lbs of tender top sirlion; cut 1/2 inch thick
1 tablespoon ground garlic
½ cup chopped onion
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
¼ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 green pepper chopped
6 wheat pita bread
1 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoon water

Instructions:
Trim beef into 1/2 inch slices. In a blender combine oil, lemon juice, water, soy sauce, smoke and spices. Whirl until pureed. Pour into bowl add meat, onions and peppers. Marinade for 3 hours. Remove beef and vegtables from the marinade. Grill until done. Stuff cut pita bread with beef and vegtables. Add cilantro to taste.
