Ingredients:
8 small salmon fillet
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
½ cup maple syrup
½ teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon sea salt
cracked pepper
Instructions:
Wash & dry salmon, in baking pan spray with cooking spray. Put salmon in pan skin side down. Mix smoke in syrup stir well. Baste fish & bake 10 mins,continue to baste fish until done, oven is at 450F this should take about 20 minuties. If any syrup is left it could be add to fish.

Nonstick baking pan.
