Ingredients:
½ lb. Fresh crab meat
2 tablespoon chopped white onions
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
½ cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon parsley
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
½ teaspoon Colgin Worchestershire sauce
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried dil
1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon creole mustard

Instructions:
In your large bowl mix all ingredients except crab meat, mix well. Add the crab meat and mix, shape into 4 patties put on roasting pan & bake at 450F until done. Or can be fryed in butter turning once.
