Ingredients:
1-½ lbs ground turkey breast
½ cup chopped white onion
1 tablespoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
6 slices of fat free swiss cheese or cheddar
6 hamburger buns
tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, fat free mayo, mustard, etc.

Instructions:
Combine turkey breast, onion and liquid smoke. Make and shape into 6 patties fry in pan until done, put on buns add cheese and any toppings.

Utensils:
Non-stick frying pan with cooking spray.
