Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked crabmeat
2 beaten egg whites or eggbeaters
¼ cup non-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 tablespoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
1 teaspoon Creole mustard
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup bread crumbs

Instructions:
Combine eggs, yogurt, smoke, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper in bowl. Add crabmeat and breadcrumbs. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties and place in pan. Bake in oven until done.
