Ingredients:
8 oz. Italian salad dressing
¼ cup beer
¼ cup red wine
1 tablespoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 tablespoon B-B-Q Sauce
1 tablespoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 teaspoon Gray Poupon Dijon mustard

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in large pan and place brisket in mixture over night. Turn brisket over about three times during the marinade period. Pour off marinade after use. Makes enough for about a 5 lb. brisket.
