Ingredients:
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
2 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
¼ maple syrup
¼ cup COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Combine olive oil and all other spices together. Pour over pork in roasting pan. Marinate over night. On the next day, remove pork and bake in foil for about 4 hours on 300F. Baste often with marinade. For the last 30 minutes of baking, remove foil.
