FRUIT AND CHICKEN KABOBS

Ingredients:
2 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
2 apples
1 medium papaya, peeled, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups pinapple chunks
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon curry powder
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Combine oil, vinegar, smoke, curry, ginger and pepper in mixing bowl. Cut chicken into small pieces. Cover with part of the marinade and put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Peel apples and cut in cubes; brush with marinade. Alternate chicken and fruit on skewers. Grill in oven for about 7 minutes. Turn once and grill 7 more minutes or you can cook on an outside grill.
