TURKEY FAJITAS

Ingredients:
12 oz. white meat turkey, cut into strips
4 flour tortillas
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 white onion, cut into strips
¼ teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
1 (8oz.) container of sour cream
3 teaspoon peanut oil

Instructions:
In large heavy skillet, heat oil over low heat. Add onions, pepper, smoke and spices. cook 1 minute, add turkey strips. Cook until turkey is tender, about 5 minutes. Spoon turkey mixture on tortillas, add sour cream and serve.
