PORK TENDERLOIN WITH ROSEMARY

Ingredients:
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
2 teaspoon ground garlic
2 teaspoon onion flakes
4 tablespoon rosemary
1 teaspoon ground ginger
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In bowl combine all ingredients, except pork, mix well. Place pork in large plastic roasting bag. Pour marinade over pork in bag, toss to coat. Place in refigerator overnight. Next day heat oven to 325F, cut 3-4 slits in top of bag. Place pork on roasting rack with water in bottom of pan. Bake 1-2 hours or until done.
