BBQ PORK RIBS WITH BEER

Number of Servings: 8 servings

Ingredients:
8 lbs pork ribs, cut into serving pieces
3 cups beer
1 cup honey
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon chilipowder
2 teaspoon sage
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Place ribs in baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together in bowl. Pour over ribs. Place in refrigerator over night. Remove ribs from marinade and save. Bake ribs in oven at 350F about 1-2 hours, basting frequently with sauce.
